E-SIGN Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures
As part of your relationship with us, we want to ensure you have all the information you need to effectively manage your accounts. Our goal is to provide you with options for receiving your account documents. Certain information must be provided 'in writing,' which means you are entitled to receive it on paper. However, with your prior consent, we may provide this information electronically. We also need your general consent to use electronic records and signatures throughout our relationship with you. Before using any of our Electronic Services, please review and consent to the terms outlined below.
Definitions
- "We," "us," "our" means FinFusion Solutions Pvt Ltd and its affiliates.
- "You," "your" means the person giving this ESIGN Consent and any authorized representatives.
- "Communications" means disclosures, notices, agreements, statements, records, and other information we provide or request.
- "Electronic Service" means any product or service accessed via the Internet, email, messaging, or software applications.
- "Product" means any account, product, or service you apply for, own, or use.
1. Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures
You agree that we may provide Communications electronically and use electronic signatures in transactions with you. Electronic Records may be delivered through various methods, as described in applicable agreements. We may still provide paper copies at our discretion.
2. Option to Receive Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of Electronic Records by contacting customer service. Fees may apply unless prohibited by law.
3. Scope of Consent
Your consent applies to all Communications related to any product or service you use. It remains in effect until you withdraw it.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us. Withdrawal may result in termination of access to Electronic Services and may incur additional fees.
5. Keeping Contact Information Current
You must keep your email and electronic address current with us.
6. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access Electronic Records, you need: a current version of a supported Internet browser, Internet access, a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader), a computer or device capable of supporting these requirements, and an active email address.
7. Changes to Requirements
If hardware or software requirements change, we will notify you. Continued use of Electronic Services after notice reaffirms your consent.
8. Enrollment Using Our Equipment
If you enroll using our equipment or through a representative, additional steps may be required to complete enrollment.
9. Language
Communications will be provided in English. Translations may be offered for convenience, but the English version will control.
If required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities, Verafye may disclose user information subject to lawful requests or court orders. Where legally permitted, we will notify affected users in advance or as required by law.
Confirmation
By providing your consent, you confirm that you have the required hardware/software, can access and review Electronic Records, and are authorized to consent on behalf of all relevant parties.
